All IDX listing information displayed on the Site is:
- Provided by OneKey MLS
- Updated automatically through IDX Broker
- Subject to MLS rules, accuracy standards, and data availability
Heritage Diner does not guarantee:
- Accuracy of listing data
- Availability of listings
- Status updates (active, pending, sold)
- Completeness of property details
Listing data is provided for consumer use and may not be used for commercial purposes without MLS permission.
2.2 MLS Copyright
All MLS‑sourced listing data is:
- © OneKey MLS
- Displayed under IDX licensing
- Not owned by Heritage Diner
You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute MLS data from our Site.
2.3 Editorial Real Estate Commentary
Our blog posts may include:
- Opinions about homes

- Street View screenshots (with attribution)
- Map images (with attribution)
These posts are editorial in nature and are not official MLS listing pages.
3. Acceptable Use
